Ric was CTO and co-founder of Bossa Studios in London, UK where he won a BAFTA for online game Monstermind. Bossa Studios was acquired by Shine Group in 2012. Ric then went on to co-found a mobile games studio The Secret Police, developer of free-to-play Japanese style RPG Dragon Watch. He was lead developer for the mobile version of Stardew Valley, which has been a smash hit on both iOS and Android. He’s been in the crypto space since 2017.
Originally from South Africa, Gina has been in the games industry for 12 years, with 14 shipped games under her belt. A winner of the Develop 30 Under 30 Award. She worked with Ric at The Secret Police as Art Director on Dragons Watch, before joining Mediatonic as Art Director/Lead Artist on Gears POP!. She has worked with many major brands including: Gears of War, Star Wars, Hasbro, Disney, Lionsgate and Scopely.

The team will continue to grow to around 30 people over the next year. We have a game economy / systems designer and gameplay coder starting in July 2022. We also are working with a few freelancer artists.
